Christmas is over and you are back home after a few weeks overseas. You’ve enjoyed yourself to the max during your holiday but are now dedicated to get rid of the kilos you’ve gained during your time away (all the cake, roast dinners and sides). Let’s add the 2019 New Years Eve cocktails and $100pp dinner. Maybe you’ve decided that you want to change your lifestyle and live a healthier and happier life – I mean, we are in 2020 after all. A new decade, a new year, a new you. No matter what your reasons might be, you are already on your way to a healthier lifestyle. The first thing you have to do is to change your eating habits. Once you’ve got those right, it is time to get started with exercise. There are endless forms of exercise that you can do, but a great place to start your exercise journey is at a gym. There are gyms all over Singapore, and we’ve listed the best ones in this article. No matter what you’re after, there is a place for everyone. Singapore has a lot to offer when it comes to gym, health and fitness, so there are no excuses to not get yourself out there. Here’s our list of the best Gyms in Singapore 2020.
Beat X Studio

Not a fan of exercising? Working out doesn’t have to be lifting weights, going for a run or using different machines. With the right equipment, exercising can actually be a lot of fun, and you don’t even have to think about that you are exercising. At Beat X Studio, they know exactly how to exercise in a fun way, which makes you forget that you are actually working out at the same time. Let’s take their rebounding class as an example – here you can rock to the music and immerse in the dance lights. This type of exercise improves your lymphatic system and tone your muscles. The boxing, colour riding, hybrid training, and rebounding classes are all about sculpting muscles and burning calories. The music and the purple lights make you adrenaline pump and you feel like you are in a club.
